About Us
Eleon Energy Systems SRL is a Romanian start-up at the crossroad between clean energy and technology aiming to develop clean energy innovations that can be globally used in the context of the continuous growth of the world’s population, the need of renewable energy and agricultural global challenges.
Currently, Eleon is in the implementation period of a minimis fund won in 2022, namely, “Seed Accelerator 2020 – Supporting Entrepreneurship by Establishing Startups in Innovative Fields”, Applicant’s Guide specific conditions” Innotech Student”.
Our goal is to use research as a tool in order to create new concepts of water and energy systems that use renewable energy addressed to small scale agriculture and household needs.

Resources Security
The growing concern about global water resources security, climate change, surfaces of arable land, in the context of a world population of 10B people by 2050, sustainability in the value agri chain as well as consumers demands for a ”cleaner” food system and products that are direcly depending on the agricultural sources and crops, determined us to start this project.
Our concept of wind turbine – water pump in the form of kit for irrigation in agriculture is offering a clean energy solution for individuals, small farms, livestock feed, guesthouses, residential pools, fish ponds, solariums, greenhouses, to extract groundwater with minimal loses, in a very efficient manner, with no costs to function (no need of electric energy, fuels, mechanical oils, etc to be used). Eleon is a cost effective, easy access and convenient system for small scale agriculture because it can only uses the wind energy to extract water from the soil so there is zero need of electrical energy and components.

Eleon can contribute, as a parallel system, to the national irrigation systems in countries where the agriculture sector represents a big percentage of the total arable land, will decrease the water losses and water scarcities and will be a solution for developing and underdeveloped countries in matter of costs or humanitarian help from goverments or NGOs.

Eleon Energy System's mission is to develop renewable energy systems for irrigations with focus on agriculture, on small and medium level thus helping farmers all over the world to obtain lower costs on the food production phase, to be energy independent and to have minimal water losses.
